A set of 3 candle-sticks made of solid brass.
Model Anaira created by Pierre Forssell. A variation of this model, with the Anaira element offered here placed on a base, does also exist.
Designed by Pierre Forssell and manufactured in Sweden by Skultuna. The company was founded by King Carl IX of Sweden in 1607. Pierre Forsell worked between 1955 and 1986 for Skultuna and introduced contemporary design. He created many objects for them, mainly candleholders and tableware in brass.
Vintage condition with nice and natural patina.
For candles of +/- 0.8"-0.98" / 25mm diameter.
Stamped with the signature of Pierre Forssell and "Skultuna 1607 Sweden" beneath.
