Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide and take great care to select the most suitable and cost-effective delivery solution for each item.

Small and Standard-Sized Items

Items that can be shipped safely as standard parcels are generally sent with DPD or bpost. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout whenever an automatic rate is available.

Furniture and Oversized Items

For furniture, fragile pieces and items that exceed standard parcel dimensions, please contact us before purchasing for a personalised shipping quote.

Depending on the item and destination, several solutions may be available:

• Shipment in two or more separate parcels
• Delivery by a specialised furniture carrier within Europe
• Custom international freight for overseas destinations

We regularly work with specialised carriers for furniture deliveries throughout Europe.

Shipping to the United States and Overseas

For shipments outside Europe, please contact us so that we can calculate the most appropriate and competitive shipping rate.

Orders to the United States are generally shipped with DHL. As rates depend on the dimensions, weight and destination, we will provide a current quotation before the purchase is finalised.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Collection

Collection is always possible by appointment:

• Small items: Forest, Brussels
• Furniture and larger items: our warehouse in 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode / Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgium
