Set of 10 modernist candlesticks designed by Gunnar Ander. Their formal language remind the Swedish Grace style. Produced by Ystad-Metall, located in the town of Ystad in Sweden.
Candle-holders in solid brass. Organic design of stylised flowers and leaves attached to a curved stem and placed on a circular base. All are signed beneath "Ystad Metal" and a stylised "GA", the initials of Gunnar Ander.
Gunnar Ander was a Swedish artist born in 1908. He created many objects in metal and glass which are represented in museums in Sweden. He collaborated with Ystad Metall until his death in 1976.

The brass is slightly patinated.
