Set of Four Amber Gulvvase Floor Vases by Otto Brauer for Holmegaard, Denmark, 1960s

Regular price €1.350

A striking graduated set of four Gulvvase floor vases designed by Otto Brauer for Holmegaard, Denmark, in warm amber glass.

Designed in 1962, Brauer's Gulvvase series is one of the most recognisable expressions of Danish mid-century glass design. The hand-blown bottle forms combine rounded shoulders, long cylindrical necks and broad flared rims. Displayed together, the four different sizes and subtle variations in amber tone create a particularly sculptural composition.

One vase retains its original Holmegaard of Copenhagen – Made in Denmark paper label.
