Pair Blue Ceramic Table Lamps by Esben Klint for Le Klint / Palshus, Denmark
These lamps have been designed by Esben Klint, son of Kaare Klint (the famous danish furniture designer). Esben has created a timeless design with this model, it has a contemporary and graphic side despite being over 50 years old.
These lamps have been distributed by danish lamp manufacturer Le Klint. They have been produced by Palshus (Denmark), founded by Per and Annelise Linnemann-Schmidt. The couple created and produced chamotte (danish clay) objects with impressed decorations (tableware, vases, and lamps). Colors were characteristic Scandinavian earthy tones: blues, browns, greens and beige.
The lamps have a dark blue glaze and come with a geometric line pattern on the base. The chamotte clay gives a natural and living surface. Signed under the base (EK for Esben Klint). They come with new lampshades and have been re-electrified.
Height of the lamp including lampshade = 64cm
Diameter of the lampshade = 35 cm
