Pair Tea-light Candleholders in Brass, Pierre Forsell for Skultuna Sweden 1960s
A set of 4 hexagonal candle-holders model N°10 for tea lights in their original box. Made of solid brass.
Attributed to Pierre Forssell and manufactured in Sweden by Skultuna. The company was founded by King Carl IX of Sweden in 1607. Pierre Forsell worked between 1955 and 1986 for Skultuna and introduced contemporary design. He created many objects for them, mainly candleholders and tableware in brass.
Vintage condition with nice and natural patina.
Stamped "Skultuna 1607 Sweden" beneath.
