This type of simple reflector light was selected by Charlotte Perriand for interiors in the French Alps, where inexpensive, functional industrial lighting was integrated into her architectural projects.
The shallow circular reflectors create a particularly clean architectural effect. Designed for use with silver-crowned mirror bulbs, the light is reflected back onto the white discs and softly projected onto the wall, producing a warm halo of indirect illumination. Modern LED mirror-crown bulbs can also be used.
The lamps retain their vintage off-white painted finish, with the small marks and surface variations expected from age and use. One light retains a German VDE label with a 100W maximum rating.
Two matching pairs are available (four lights in total), making it possible to create a larger architectural installation. The listed price is for one pair.
