Designed by Dutch designer Radboud Dittmann for Dittmann & Co., this rare set of four Awa side tables perfectly illustrates the sculptural direction taken by Dutch furniture design during the 1970s.

Each table is constructed from solid oak using a striking fan-shaped arrangement of tapered slats resting on substantial architectural supports. While conceived as functional side tables, the four pieces form an impressive sculptural composition when grouped together. They may also be arranged individually throughout an interior, offering remarkable flexibility while maintaining a strong visual identity.
