Classic Mid Century fiberglass shell chair 1950's.
Design by Sol Fingerhut who worked at Zenith Plastics and was recruited by Charles Eames to develop the fiberglass chairs.
It was produced by Zenith Plastics, the first manufacturer of the Fiberglass chairs designed by Ray & Charles Eames.
Sol Fingerhut registered the design of this chair, the number of the patent is marked under the base.
The fiberglass shell is in a nice vintage state with a slightly darker spot on the seat. Some rust marks to the base. New rubber-glides.
